The wood chip briquette machine is designed for producing biomass briquette charcoal. Agricultural and forestry biomass waste is compressed under high temperature and high pressure without any binder using a spiral propeller and heating coil. During the formation process, the loose biomass raw materials are extruded into hollow solid fuel rods (also called raw briquettes or fuel briquettes). The finished briquettes are commonly 80mm in size, cylindrical in shape, dense with high density, flammable, and can be used directly as a replacement for coal and firewood. Additionally, the biomass briquettes can be carbonized in a carbonizing furnace into charcoal briquettes, which are top quality for BBQ and popular in BBQ restaurants.
